Susana Bosley

Susana has over 10 years customer service experience when she joined Downey & Company in 2023 as an Account Manager. Licensed in Property and Casualty, she holds the designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS). Susana has excellent problem-solving skills and has a passion for exceeding customer’s expectations. She enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment and meeting new people across the insurance industry. Susana pursues a variety of continuing education classes to maintain her Property and Casualty license in New Mexico. Born and raised in Albuquerque, Susana enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
